Perth

1. King’s Park

3. The Perth Mint

4. The Bell Tower

From the towering glass spire of The Bell Tower, one of the largest musical instruments in the world fills Perth's city air with its chimes and invites you to try your hand at bell ringing. It's quite a privilege when you consider these are the original (circa 14th Century) bells of Saint Martin in the Fields Church - the parish church of Buckingham Palace in Trafalgar Square, London.




5. Fremantle Prison

Fremantle Prison is one of Western Australia's premier cultural heritage sites and tourist attractions. It is the State's only World Heritage listed building and the only World Heritage listed site in the Perth metropolitan region.

7. Showal Islands Marine

Pristine Islands, reefs and ship wrecks make for excellent diving, snorkelling and wildlife watching in the Shoalwater Islands Marine Park off the coast south of Perth.

At Penguin Island, Little Penguins breed in the burrows - watch them being fed at the interactive centre. The island is also home to breeding colonies of silver gulls, fairy terns, bridled terns and Caspian terns.
